Refund policy

At Grace & Ember Co., each order is prepared and packaged with care. Because our soaps, body care, bath products, and other personal-care items are intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Proof of purchase is required.

Please contact us at graceemberco@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at graceemberco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps, lotions, body butters, creams, sugar scrubs, bath salts, and other personal-care products cannot be returned.

Gift cards, customized or personalized products, and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
